Downloading the Story
The Eloise file size is over 115MB. It is recommended that you have at least 1-2MB internet speed minimum. The easiest way to obtain the story is by ordering the CD-ROM version (especially if your internet speed is slow).

Immediate Download Access
Download access is immediate - you have the option to download immediately OR you may download later using the details given in the Confirmation Email after your Order is processed. There is a 14 day window for downloading the Story, after 14 days the download link will no longer work. Contact us here if you need more time to download.

CD-ROM Delivery
Allow up to 2 weeks for CD-ROM delivery. The CD version of Eloise is shipped from Germany so if you live on a "small island in the southern hemisphere" it could indeed take up to 2 weeks! Your CD-ROM purchase includes postal costs worldwide.

Software
The Eloise Story and activities should run well on both Windows and Mac OS. You will need Flash Player and Adobe Reader to view the Narration and PDF documents in Eloise Plus respectively.

Payment
Our Payment Processor is Cleverbridge. Major credit cards and Purchase Orders are accepted. All prices quoted are in US Dollars. At the time of payment the US Dollar amount will be automatically converted to your appropriate currency.

We offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. The 30-day cycle begins at the time of successful payment.

Viewing
Eloise, the Witch and the Wordsmith can be enjoyed on a computer or laptop. On special occasions, or for viewing in groups, you may decide to connect these to a TV or Multimedia Projector.
After purchasing you will find that the MENU of Eloise, the Witch and the Wordsmith is very similar to the Story Plus Page of this website – pictures you can click. Children find no problem with this approach.
